Shareholder Structure
Deutsche Post AG's share capital is composed of 1,209,015,874 non par value registered shares (registered shares with a principal book value of €1). KfW Bankengruppe holds approximately 272.2 million shares, corresponding to 22.5 % of the share capital. The free float is 77.5 %, of which 11.9 % are held by private investors.
