Declaration of Conformity
The Board of Management and the Supervisory Board of the Company are obliged to declare annually that the recommendations of the Government Commission’s German Corporate Governance Code were and will be complied with, or those recommendations that were or will not be applied and why not (section 161 of the Aktiengesetz - German Public Companies Act).
Declaration of Conformity Fiscal Year 2012
“The Board of Management and the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Post AG declare that the recommendations made by the Government Commission on the German Corporate Governance Code, as amended on 26 May 2010, have been complied with, also since the last Declaration of Conformity in December 2011, and that Deutsche Post AG intends to comply with all recommendations of the Code, as amended on 15 May 2012 in the future.”
