Auditors
On 9 May 2012, the Annual General Meeting of Deutsche Post AG appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers Aktiengesellschaft Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft as the auditors of the company and the Group for financial year 2012 and as the auditors for the audit review of the Group’s condensed financial statements and interim management report as at 30 June 2012.
