Deutsche Post DHL first partnered with AIESEC in 1996 to tap in to the extensive source of talent found globally within AIESEC. AIESEC members are young undergraduates and master’s degree students who demonstrate the relevant work experience and soft skills sought by Deutsche Post DHL. Since then Deutsche Post DHL’s corporate divisions around the world consistently offer AIESEC members the opportunity to take part in 6 to 12 month developmental internships. An opportunity for young talented individuals to leverage their potential.
The Partnership

Requirements
The qualifications necessary for an internship in the AIESEC program mostly depends on the requirements of the department offering the position. In order to identify the appropriate qualifications the AIESEC sourcing coordinator will get in touch with the respective hiring manager at Deutsche Post DHL and prepare a qualification profile. The profile will be in the form of a job posting and placed in AIESEC’s global database. All people involved with AIESEC can then apply for the position.
